Project Background

Coca-Cola HBC, a global leader in the beverage industry, was looking to make a shift to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This created a critical need to transform its current Sales Force Automation (SFA) retail solution to a more efficient and cost-effective platform. The previous solution has incurred high maintenance and support costs, while the user experience created significant challenges for the field sales representative's performance. To address those challenges, Coca-Cola HBC was looking for a complete redesign of the user experience while transitioning to the Microsoft Power Apps platform.
